One line, in your own words, with the time inside the sentence. swach reads it, keeps it in a color, and brings it back at that moment. Then it is gone.
One hundred pastels. One hundred swach. One hundred neons. And graphite.
Four palettes at launch, and a new one arrives with the seasons. Hover any square and it becomes a note. The control at the top of the page switches the whole site between them, which is exactly what the setting does inside the app.
A palette of our own
Pastel is a light ground carrying ink. Neon is the hue as light on near black. swach is the third answer: the hue as a deep ground carrying paper, so a note reads as the color rather than as a bright rectangle. It is the one we drew for ourselves and then kept, and it is the reason the app is not either a light app or a dark app. Pick the world, and it stays that world at every hour, because a color that changes at sunset is no use for finding anything.
It reads how you already talk
Put the time inside the sentence. swach takes it out, shows you what it understood, and lets you correct it with one tap. Everything on the right is being worked out against your clock, right now.
Two more ways in
Say it the way you would say it to a person, time and all. It arrives as text and swach reads the time out of it exactly as if you had typed it. The keyboard's own microphone works too, so there are two ways in and neither costs a tap you would not already make.
Save the places that matter once, in settings. Home, work, school, the gym, your mother's. Then write where in the same sentence you were already writing, and swach waits until you arrive rather than until a time.
Location reminders are the first thing after launch, not part of it, so nothing on this page pretends otherwise.
What it is not
If you want any of these you already own the app that has them. swach exists for the thought that arrives while you are doing something else, and for nothing after that.
One note, three shapes
Your notes live on your device, and with the purchase, in your own iCloud, so the thing you typed on a phone in a parking lot is on the Mac before you sit down. Same note, same color, shaped by whatever you happen to be holding.
One line. In your own words.
Three apps, not one app three times
One field, already focused. Type, press return, it is gone. A faded dot in the corner is the only way back.
The board is the app. Every color at once, because color only works as an index when you can see a lot of it. Narrow the window and it becomes one field beside your work.
A panel over whatever you were doing, cursor already in it. Return, and it vanishes. More on this one below, because it is the one you will reach for most.
Mac onlyThe one you will use most
You are in the middle of something and you remember something else. Press the shortcut. A panel appears on the screen you are already working on, cursor in it. Type the line. Press return. It is gone, and you are back in the sentence you were writing, with the caret where you left it.
The icon is yours too
Thirty one of them: ten in each palette, taken at the middle of every hue family, and one for monochrome. The icon you pick stays the icon you picked, at every hour, because an app that changes its own face is an app you have to look for. Part of the one purchase. Hover to stop one and look at it.
One payment, once
Every palette ships in the free app, all four of them, all three hundred and seven colors. Nothing about how swach looks is behind a price. What the free app holds is three notes, and finishing one does not give the slot back, so the fourth is where the purchase is. One payment lifts the count for good, turns on iCloud sync, and adds the icon picker. Bought once, never a subscription. Export and import stay free on every tier, because your notes are yours whether you have paid or not.
